The Science in Exile Declaration “Supporting at-risk, displaced and refugee scientists: A call to action” outlines key commitments necessary at global level for both immediate and long-term support and protection to scholars and scientists who are at-risk, displaced or refugees, so as to build a better future for them, science and society at large.
The Declaration was launched on 20 April 2022 at the online event "A Call for Action to support at-risk, displaced and refugee scientists. Launch of the Science in Exile Declaration".
Organizations and individuals interested in endorsing the Declaration - at-risk, displaced or refugee scholars, universities, science academies, non-governmental organizations, governments, international organizations, diaspora groups, and others - may do so by clicking on “SIGN THE DECLARATION” and complete the online form.
Organizations must send their logo to displacedscientists@twas.org: organizations' name and logo will be published on this page under the section “Endorsers”.
